Bushcraft is the use of practice of skills, acquiring and developing knowledge and understanding, in order to survive and thrive in the natural environment and engage with nature.

Bushcraft activities and skills include:

• Fire-craft

• Shelter Building

• Wood carving

• Twine making

• Team building

• Foraging

• Outdoor cooking

Osprey have various bushcraft, and summer school sessions for various groups throughout the year taking place at a local private woodland camp as well as at our community allotment site.​

Free to attend for those receiving means-tested benefits, and funded by the Workers Educational Association.
