Creative Activities in Nature at Osprey Gardens
Come and discover your creative side using natural materials found at the site to immerse yourself in the mindfulness of creativity.
An exciting 9 week programme of Health and Wellbeing activities his summer aimed to investigate ways of being creative with nature - plants, flowers, clay and various other materials.
By creating different things each week, using an array of techniques to draw, paint, hammer, mold, stick, and staple, you will find engaging activities that may provoke your creativity. You will be able to take home your creations for future inspiration.
Each week will include a half an hour session of Qi-gong - a form of Tai-Chi.
Open to all abilities, no previous experience necessary, just bring yourself and come and create.
