Have some cycling experience yet would like to know your local cycle

network routes better?

Love cycling but it is just not as fun on your own?

  • For cyclists at any level of fitness

  • Enjoy great easy rides in the local area

  • Cycling mainly on country lanes and cycle paths

  • Learn basic bike maintenance skills to keep your bike up and running

  • A positive step for your mental health and wellbeing

Bring your bike, lunch, water and a cycle helmet.  We may have a bike you could borrow if you don’t have one, please ask.  Each session and route is planned based on the level of the group on the day.

When the weather is not so good, you will get to learn some basic bike maintenance, at the allotment.  We also get donated bikes to fix up, experiment with or dismantle for parts.
