Food & Nutrition Sessions
What you eat can have a huge impact on how you experience life. We want people to live life to its fullest.
As an interesting complementary project, we are running online nutrition courses. These are often free, depending on your circumstances.
The course will be realistic and adaptable to fit the needs of those attending.
Have you tried different types of diets to help you lose weight, and then it just gets put back on? On the other hand, are you thinking about your health and want to change your eating patterns to improve your outlook? Have you discovered that willpower just does not last, and now you are fed up with all this Yo-Yo dieting?
Maybe it’s time to get back control and discover a lifestyle that works for you as an individual.
The sessions are run in a friendly & relaxed manner and these online ‘bite-sized’ courses, will add tools to your health ‘toolkit’; helping you to get control of your diet for the long term.
These will look at key elements in nutrition science, and will discuss the importance of mind-set and food behaviour. The bite sized courses can be done in any order.
The sessions are facilitated by Matt Doolan, a degree trained Nutritional Therapist, with years of experience supporting people with their individual goals and lifestyles.
